Kevroc Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

1.1 "Company" refers to KevRoc the provider of heavy-duty pressure washers.

1.2 "Customer" refers to the individual or entity hiring heavy-duty pressure washers or other equipment from the Company.

1.3 "Equipment" refers to the heavy-duty pressure washers or other equipment provided by the Company for hire.

2. Hire Agreement

2.1 By hiring equipment from the Company, the Customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2.2 The hire period commences upon delivery of the equipment to the Customer and terminates upon collection of the equipment by the Company, unless otherwise specified.

3. Equipment Use

3.1 The Customer agrees to use the equipment solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and safety instructions provided by the Company.

3.2 The Customer shall ensure that only trained and qualified personnel operate the equipment and shall bear full responsibility for any misuse or negligent handling of the equipment.

4. Maintenance and Care

4.1 The Customer agrees to maintain the equipment in good condition throughout the hire period and to notify the Company immediately of any damage, malfunction, or loss of equipment.

4.2 Routine maintenance and cleaning of the equipment shall be the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Company.

5. Liability and Indemnity

5.1 The Customer assumes all risks associated with the use of the equipment and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Customer's use or misuse of the equipment.

5.2 The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property or persons resulting from the use of the equipment, except in cases of proven negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of the Company.

6. Insurance

6.1 The Customer shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for the duration of the hire period to protect against any loss, damage, or liability arising from the use of the equipment.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 The Customer shall pay the hire charges as agreed upon with the Company, including any additional fees for delivery, collection, or damage to the equipment.

7.2 Payment shall be made in full prior to the commencement of the hire period, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

8. Termination

8.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement at any time in the event of breach of contract by the Customer or for any other valid reason.

8.2 Upon termination of the hire agreement, the Customer shall return the equipment to the Company in good condition, fair wear and tear excepted.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth legislation.

, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian Energy Regulator (AER)

By hiring heavy-duty pressure washers from KevRoc, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the above terms and conditions.
